Gobble, Gobble, Gobble

Both of the girls had their Thanksgiving feasts this week at each of their schools. Maggie's was on Wednesday and Lily's was on Friday. They are always so much fun to attend. We love that Conn is always able to sneak away from work (shhhh!!!) and come join in on the fun. It is so great that we are so close to his work and the he has a job where he is able to do these sorts of things. It means so much to the girls and they love having him there (and so do I) :) .

One little Indian, Maggie Mae!

Maggie's place mat said that she was thankful for mom, dad, blankie, and toy ponies. FYI...she has no toy ponies. HA!!

Our kindergarten GIRL pilgrim, Lily Belle! She made sure that we knew she was a GIRL pilgrim because GIRLS do not wear ties!! HA!
About 2 weeks ago, Lily, started writing the "y" in her name backwards. We asked her why she was doing this and she told us because she thinks it looks better that way. Oh, goodness!!!
Maggie was out of school, so she got to tag along. Lily LOVED her being there.
We are SO thankful for our wonderful teachers!
My loves! Thank you, Lord, for my precious family!!!

I love it! Do you think Maggie is just wishing for toy ponies? That child is too funny! Lily Belle could never be mistaken for a boy no matter what she wears - such a girly girl!

What fun! What fun! I must have a copy of the picture of Maggie Mae praying. That brought tears to this grandmother's eyes. Love you, Nanny
