Last week, a group of my girlfriends and I, got together for a fun Girls Night Out! The new hype around this area right now are these painting places where you can sign up to go by yourself or with a group of friends, and an instructor teaches you how to paint a particular portrait on a canvas. Our group chose to do a "private party" because we wanted to paint a specific picture. If you just show up, you're with a huge group of people and you paint whatever is on the schedule for that night. The class lasts 2-3 hrs. and you can bring in any type of outside food or drinks. But, we chose to all go eat dinner beforehand, so we didn't take anything. It was a super, fabulous time and I can't wait to go back again!

We have had one here for quite awhile! Can you believe it? In S'port? My kids have been several times, but I have not! They love it, and I know that you had so much fun. I'm so glad that you share good times with such sweet "girlies". You are making memories that will carry you forever....even when you're old like "yo mama and her bff"! Love you!

love it!!! so many people out here are doing that too, but they all drink wine and I REALLY want some wine...so I will wait till after august - but then who knows what my art will look like after all that wine - ha!!!!

I did this in December and am now addicted!! It is sooo fun to have a finished product that is actually good enough to display! The wine is definitely a good thing to have when doing it, too! ;)
