Night of Firsts

It SNOWED today in The Woodlands! Yesterday was a muggy 80, and then today it was bitter 35. Only in Houston.

It was the girls first time to ever experience snow. We were ALL (thank you, Lord) taking naps this afternoon during the first flurry, but we're blessed to have it again around 7:00 pm. The girls headed outside with Conn, while Cash and I stayed inside the warmth of our home and fireplace. Our sweet neighbors, happen to be outside, too. Of course, I sent the camera right along with him.

Conn said Maggie kept holding her nose because she did not like it getting wet. :)

Cash's "button" fell off sometime in the middle of the night last night. I found it this morning in the footie part of his pajamas. :) Therefore, we were able to give him his first real bath tonight. I wouldn't say he loved it, but he did alright for the most part.

Cash is SO HANDSOME! And the thought of Maggie holding her little nose the whole time she was outside made me crack up laughing!!! Thanks for sharing these fun photos...

Hi Ashley, my name is Trinity, you don't know me, but I am a college friend of Carly's. Congratulations on your new arrival, he is beautiful as is your whole family. I am actually writing to check on Carly though. She hasn't updated her blog in almost a month and I have tried to email her as well. I just wanted to make sure she is okay and thought that you might know. If you would like, you could email me at trinitygeorge@hotmail.com. Thank you so much. I am just a concerned friend.

We sooo missed the snow!! We're finally getting the hang of parenting. I can't imagine having 2 other kids and a newborn! Noah has been such a handful at night, but last night was AWESOME!

Rachel is looking forward to play dates!
