Conn competed in his 5th triathlon
this past Sat. It was his first time doing an Olympic length (1 mile
swim, 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run).
Carly came along to cheer on Casey. I loved having her there to hang out with, too!!
It was a beautiful day! Perfect day for a race!

He said he has no desire to ever do an Ironman. I keep pushing him, but he doesn't budge. I'll be sure to keep you posted if it ever happens. ;)

Very cool! I was sad I had to miss the race due to a coaching clinic, it would have been great to see you guys. Great job Conn...hmm I don't know bout those Ironmans I hear those people are crazy! ;)
