Lily's Day

In continuing with birthday tradition, Lily, was woken up with all of us singing, "Happy Birthday", and a donut lit with 6 candles. They love it more and more every year!

For her b-day party this year, Lily, wanted to do something artsy. What better way to do that than go and paint pottery? There is a great place by us that offers pottery painting parties! I have to say, it has been the easiest party that we have EVER done. All we had to do was show up and bring the cake, food, and party favors. That was it! They did everything else. We invited a smaller group than normal this year, and this was also the first party where parents were asked to drop off the guests. It was a pretty big deal, and I wasn't real sure how it would go over. But, it worked out perfectly! All the kids were on their best behavior and did such a fabulous job painting their pottery. Lily has been blessed with some of the sweetest friends. Thank you to everyone who made her day oh-so special!

When we got home from the party, Conn, did a little birthday dance number for his girl! :) Never a dull moment...NEVER!

We love you, girlie! Hope your day was awesome!!
