Hi ho, Hi ho...

...it's back to school they go!! Well, at least for Lily. The other two don't start until Wednesday. We have had such a fantastic break, BUT, the girls are SO ready to go back!! They have been asking since the day after Christmas if it was time. This momma is pretty excited, too. :) My kids love being on the go, being social, and having something to do all.the.time! We are ready!

Today, we just kind of laid low and tried to get everything back in order. The kids and I stayed home from church (shhhh!!!), got laundry done, cleaned the house, played, played, and played some more.

Cash is obsessed with trains, cars, trucks, and pretty much anything that has wheels attached to it. He got a huge train track and table for Christmas, but he found this little one that I stashed away from his birthday. Do you other moms do that? I do it all the time. Anyway, he LOVED it. He literally played with it until he went to bed.

The train goes around the track by itself and plays really fun music.

But he still insists on pushing it. Ha!

The engine kept coming detached and he was getting so frustrated. He kept saying, "Ahhhh, man!" So funny!

It also has fun little pop out shapes that are a cow and horse.

During all this time, the girls were busy playing with some pop beads and had a blast making some crazy jewelry.

Anytime they use beads of any sort, I always dump them on a cookie sheet. This insures that they don't fall all over the counter and floor. It works like a charm.

I love that these beads are not permanent and they can take them a part over and over again.

For dinner, we thought that we would do something a little special and ordered one of their favorite meals. No, not pizza! Chinese food!
Yes, all three of them LOVE it.

Hope you all have a great Monday and that easing back into the daily grind isn't too difficult.

Yes, I put up stuff from Luke's Birthday. I just gave him a play-doh set from almost a year ago. He's played all weekend with it! :)

I'm dying laughing! Carter says "Ahhh...man" ALL.THE.TIME.
It's so cute. Love that the boys are so much alike. Anything with 4 wheels makes their world go 'round!
Great post.
