Spring Break Road Trip

On Wednesday, we headed west on I-10 with 7 very excited kids, 4 crazy adults, 2 loaded down cars, 2 kayaks, and tons of food and luggage! My parents had planned a spring break hill country get-away with their 6 oldest grandkids. Conn and I decided tag along with Cash. So...off we went to the Frio.

***over load of pics for my sis-n-laws :)

Packing up...

We finally arrived! Our cozy 2 bed/2 bath cabin...
First things first...off to explore...
Stopping for barely a second to eat...
Fun on the Frio...
First fly fishing lessons...
Cash's first taste of the good stuff...
More Frio fun...

Only way to ride at the Frio...

Testing out the dance floor at Garner...

S'more good stuff :)...

Hang time...

Dancing the night away...

Thank you, Mammy and Pappy, for an awesome spring break get-away!!! What wonderful memories that all of our children will treasure for a life time!

You look so pretty holding Cash, Ashley. I love the picture of the girls with the Diet Cokes in front of them. Would it be awkward if I told you I can tell Conn is working out in that picture of him holding Cash? Yep, that's awkward. :)

Your mom told me to check out your blog for pics of your camping trip. Apparently you "beat her to it" when it comes to camping pics!

We went camping, too. Unfortunately, I live with 3 males who insisted on doing the tent thing. At least I can say I did it once. I'm thinking I'm going to insist on a cabin next time.

Loved the pictures......I know your mom from LPM. She was my "trainer" person about a year ago so I've heard all about your family! BTW, that little Cash is a doll!!
