More BLUE...

...for this McWhorter crew!!!!

Yep, that's right! We will be adding another baby BOY to this family! He is due to arrive around Sept. 6, 2011! We are ALL so excited! EVERYONE wanted another boy so Cash could have a brother. Plus, we have been blessed with A LOT of girls already (if you haven't noticed from the pics :) ) on both sides of the family!

We took the girls out of school for a little while so they could come with us to the appointment. My mom and Conn's parent's also came along. It's kind of a fun tradition in this family to have everyone there for the big reveal! My dad wasn't able to make it. We missed Pappy, but made sure to call as soon as we were done. We also have the whole ultrasound recorded on a DVD so he can watch it later.

(these are all taken with my phone, so they are a little blurry)

We let Cash stay at school. While we were at the appointment, we were all thinking that it was probably a very wise decision. We love him dearly, but a 2 yr old crazy boy, in a tight, quiet place, does not go well together. Ha!

This sweet little love got his very first gift from his Nanny and PawPaw.

Love it!! She also bought Cash one that says Big Bro!

This little boy is already VERY active! Kind of makes me nervous! Ha! He was kicking and squirming, opening and closing his mouth and eyes, and clenching his fists. Even after viewing tons and tons of u/s with all of my pregnancies, it still blows my mind that we get to see all of this on a screen!! Absolutely amazing!! He looks great!!! Right now I am measuring 21 weeks. So, they are going to go by that until I get closer to the due date.

Such a blessing of a day!!

Birthday x2

Maggie and her cousin, Campbell, share the exact same birthday. Just one year apart. Maggie turned 5, and Campbell turned 4. These two love each other so much! They are about the same size and are both very spunky and full of personality! It is so much fun to watch them grow up together.

This year, instead of having a party together, we decided to take them to the movies and out to eat pizza! The sisters and parents came along for the fun. But, we left little brother at home. Sorry, Buddy! Maybe a few yrs. down the road and you can tag along. :)

Before heading out...

We went to see Rio. SO cute and really funny!

Celebrating Easter

We started Easter celebrations earlier this week on Wed. with my family. We also celebrated Campbell's birthday (she shares the same bday as Maggie). It was a great time spent at the park eating pizza and cake, opening wonderful Easter baskets from Mammy and Pappy, and having an Easter egg hunt.

On Friday, we went to Conn's parents house. Nanny and PawPaw were all ready to go when we got there with Easter baskets, a wonderful meal, and the amazing McWhorter Easter egg hunt.

When Conn got home from church services Sunday afternoon (the kids and I had gone on Thurs and Sat.), we let the kids open their baskets from us. They were so funny sitting on the couch waiting for them as I went and got them out of our bedroom. Cash was copying the girls every move. It was really funny!!

He is Alive!

"The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said." Matthew 28: 5-6

May God bless you this day! Happy Easter!

More Maggie

On her actual birthday, she was woken up with the traditional donuts and candles. Cash and I were the only ones home, so we did facetime with daddy over the phone so he could join us. :)

We also went to her school and took cupcakes.

Daddy was able to join in on the fun this time.
The girls in her class ADORE Cash! Ha!

Such a fun day of celebrating! It's great to be 5!!!
